Terms of Service — Greenlog SEO Automation

These terms of service govern your use of the Greenlog SEO Automation WordPress plugin and the Greenlog SaaS service (suite.greenlog.fr).
1. Greenlog account required for SaaS features
A Greenlog account is required to use the SaaS features of this plugin (article generation, automatic publishing, content inventory sync, scheduler). The plugin can be installed without an account, but SaaS features will not be available until a valid API key is provided.
2. No guarantee of SEO results
Greenlog SEO Automation provides tools to assist with content creation and SEO workflows. No guarantee of SEO performance or ranking improvement is made. Search engine results depend on many factors outside Greenlog's control, including algorithm changes, competition, and the quality of the content published.
3. User responsibility for generated and published content
You are solely responsible for the content generated and published through this plugin on your WordPress site. This includes:
- Reviewing generated content before publication.
- Ensuring published content complies with applicable laws.
- Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Complying with Google's content policies and WordPress.org guidelines.
Greenlog cannot be held liable for any content published by you using this plugin.
4. Compliance with laws and platform policies
You agree to use this plugin in compliance with:
- All applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Google's Webmaster Guidelines and Search Essentials.
- WordPress.org plugin and theme guidelines.
- The terms of any third-party service you connect to through this plugin.
5. Service limitations
The Greenlog service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
- Limit API usage in cases of abuse or excessive consumption.
- Update these terms of service; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Greenlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
